I have windows 7 ultimate
The directory in which the responsa is installed is
C:\Program Files (x86)\ResponsaCD20
The existing file was Read Only- I changed it so I can replace it.

I tried to save the file for disk on key 20+ and got error

RESPONSA.exe couldn't be downloaded.

I checked the file ...
